Description
The vacant lot on corner of Peck and Downing street is full of trash. Photo shows only Peck street; the Downing street side is just as bad. This is ongoing problem that blights the surrounding neighborhood.

We previously reached out to the owner of the site and some cleaning was done. There is more litter removal to do. The builder is approved to develop two homes at that location this year.
A follow up inspection will occur shortly
